WHY COMPANYS GAVE IMPORTENCE TO THE COMMUNICATION SKILLS

If you want to get a job in softwear field you maintain five skills.in that mainly you focus on communication skills.

 

What..?

if you have  a good programing skills but have no communication skills then company did not take you.

Why..?

if you work in one company you have excellent programing skills but have no communication skills.
your company get a big project from U.S.A .the clients from the U.S.A ask you to give presentation about their project .they did not any Indian language .then how you explain the project to the clients. there is problem occur. then company thinks that your not elgible to this company.



so    COMMUNICATION    is important to every SOFTWEAR  job.
